All the extended rental packages include the use of the gymnasium, the conference room, and the kitchen, plus the use of tables, 250 chairs, and a microphone for the event. 

*Rates for rentals during the busy season (May, June, November December)

All Day Rental: $450 *$540
This 18-hour rental begins at 6 a.m. and ends at midnight.

Overnight Rental: $500 *$600
This 26-hour rental begins at 10 p.m. the night before the event and runs until midnight the night of the event.

Extended Overnight Rental: $600 *$720
This 34-hour option gives you additional rental time, with no late-night decorating! Rental time begins at 2 p.m. the day before the event and runs until midnight the night of.

Two-Day Wedding Rental: $700 *840
The two-day rental begins at 6 a.m. the day before the event and runs until midnight the night of the event.  This is by far our biggest savings!

 Additional Rental Information:

•  A refundable security deposit of $150 is required to guarantee the reservation. The full rental is due two weeks prior to the event.
• - A sound system is available for an additional fee. There is a $100 deposit and an hourly fee of $20/hour (includes a person to run the sound system during the event).
• One-time event insurance and a licensed bartender are required in order for alcohol to be served in this facility.  THIS IS A MUST if alcohol is served.
• You are responsible for set-up, tear-down, and clean-up for your event unless arrangements have been made with the Civic Center’s staff to provide any of the services for a fee.
• If you go over the time rented, the additional cost will be taken from your deposit.
